Shipping
All UK orders over £12.50 are shipped free of charge and sent by 2nd class Royal Mail. For orders underneath £12.50 p&p is £5.00. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Please note due to royal mail strikes, even though we will despatch same or next working day, that your order may take 7-10 working days. Due to strikes we have added a special delivery / courier option which is tracked. This costs £6 for any order under £50, and is free over £50. Please let us know if your order is urgent, by calling or emailing us. Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship outside of the UK.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase however you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
You should expect to receive your refund as soon as possible after we receive the return, and in any event, within 30 days.
