a) required to by law
b) it's necessary to fulfil /deliver your order to you e.g. giving your address to a courier.
Your information is stored on our website and information supplied regarding any completed order will also be kept in our accounts package. If we email each other copies of those emails will be also be kept on the email server.
If you want to receive our newsletter you can opt in to this when you create your account and additionally there is an option to withdraw your consent whenever you receive our newsletter.
We will never share or sell your data to anyone for the purposes of direct marketing.
